Livius Gold impresses with his appearance and his way of jumping. This 4-year-old gelding jumps with lots of scope and a great jumping technique on every fence. With his striking appearance, Livius Gold immediately catches the eye. Sire Freeman VDL became the champion of the KWPN Stallion Show as a 3-year-old, while his dam Diamondbridge brings in the genes of For Pleasure son Vaillant – the full brother to Scott Brash’s Hello Forever.
Granddam Zilverbridge already produced numerous talented showjumpers, including Jadebridge of Emmelie Melssen and Kirsten Rikkert. Great-granddam Goldenbridge performed at Grand Prix level ridden by Wout-Jan van der Schans and was one of the Netherlands’ most successful showjumpers. This damline also produced Rodrigo Pessoa’s famous Rebozo LS, Jan Tops’ Renata La Silla, Athina Onassis’ Rackham’Jo and many, many others.
